Refund policy

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@gloveboxair.com with your order number. Items must be returned in unused condition with the included accessories and packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Used items, items damaged by misuse, and items returned without approval may not be eligible for refund.
