Shipping policy
GloveBox Air Pro orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier and fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed.
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipment. Standard delivery is usually 7–15 business days after processing, but some orders may take up to 20 business days depending on carrier volume, destination, and fulfillment timing.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Because orders ship through a fulfillment partner, packages may arrive in supplier or manufacturer packaging.
If your order has not received tracking after 7 business days, or has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, contact us at support@gloveboxair.com with your order number so we can investigate.
